Hello and Welcome to my Humanities Portfolio !!!

My name is Caison Gray and I am a first-year at Davidson College. I am from Cary, North Carolina and have grown up hearing about Davidson and all it has to offer. Therefore, I was thrilled when I found out I had been accepted and so far Davidson has exceeded my expectations. The Humanities Program has been a huge factor in my love of Davidson due to the unique and individualistic ways the material is presented. Each student has the ability to express their own opinions and values into their work and that’s what I plan to do !!!
As you know, you are looking at my online portfolio for the Humanities course. Within this portfolio, you will learn my personal definitions of what Revolution means and what the difference is between Humanities vs. humanities in their meanings. However, my personal definitions, and portfolio in general, have a twist to them; they are related to the concepts of identity, community and revolution. These three concepts hold so much value in individuals lives, across the globe, that I thought they would be the most versatile lenses to look through.
Please enjoy exploring my portfolio and if you have any questions or comments, feel free to email me at: cagray@davidson.edu
I’d love to hear from you 🙂
